Hi Neighbors,
We’re excited to celebrate “Victory Frights” this Saturday, October 31st from 4pm-7pm.
The weather forecast says it will be dry. We’ll be closing down 19th Ave from the Victory Heights Preschool to NE 105th Street for an evening of lights, music, and treats. For neighbors who would like to join us, we’ll have chairs and tables available along the Avenue for those wanting to pass out candy to costumed-kiddos, and we’ll set up canopies if we’re expecting rain. Don’t have candy to pass out? No problem! Thanks to generous donors, candy will be distributed to neighbors who join in.
